Inclusive Warranty

All our machines are fully serviced before despatch, unless otherwise stated. If necessary, machines can also be refurbished and colour coded to suit existing workshops. Unless otherwise stated, there is a minimum of 4 months Parts and Labour warranty. Warranty is void if any product has been altered or modified in any way (including but not limited to attempted warranty repair without authorisation from us.

Export Warranty is 4 months Parts only. Warranty is based on Return to Site basis.

Please note: All NEW torches and accessories only carry the standard 3 month manufacturers warranty as these are consumables. 

If you purchase a machine in "as is" condition it means we have not ran it, serviced it or offer any warranty on it.  This is an option on some equipment we sell offering a low cost solution. It is the Buyer's responsibility to view the equipment before purchasing as our normal selling terms do not apply.
